David and Victoria Beckham Welcome New Baby Girl – Baby Name Revealed!

Superstars David and Victoria Beckham welcomed a new baby girl into their family Sunday morning.

Weighing in at seven pounds and ten ounces, all reports are both Mother and baby are doing well.

But the big secret has been the new baby’s name?

David took to his Facebook and Twitter pages shortly after the birth to share the news and baby name saying,

"I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7:55 Sunday morning here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister."

This is the first girl for the Beckham’s, and Harper Seven joins her three brothers Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.

How Did Harper Seven Beckham Got Her Name?

Harper is an old English name that Victoria has always loved, and Harper Seven was born on the seventh day of the week, Sunday, weighing 7 pounds in the seventh hour in the seventh month – on the seventh day of the week.

David's first jersey number when he started playing soccer was also 7.

David and Victoria have been married for 12 years and currently live in Los Angeles.

David is one of the U.K.’s most popular and successful soccer players and has scored goals in three separate World Cup competitions.

He played for Manchester England and Madrid Spain, before moving to Los Angeles California to play for the L.A. Galaxy team on a multi-year contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Victoria was once a part of the famous “Spice Girls” band before branching out into fashion design, modeling, mothering, and charity.
